This program connects STEM focused college and high school students with seasoned industry professionals to provide participants with a warm, yet comprehensive, introduction to the fields of aviation, artificial intelligence, robotic engineering, graphic design, cybersecurity, and computer programming.
Turning Education into Experience
Between A.I.'s emergence, rising education costs, and the timeless
experience-job paradox (can't get a job without experience nor
experience without a job), todays' students face unprecedented
challenges entering the workforce.Our youth and adult mentors are the life-blood of our organization. Our local high school and college mentors gain essential leadership, communication, and business etiquette experience as they work alongside industry professionals. Being only a few years older than many of the youth they serve creates an "iron sharpens iron" dynamic which greatly enhances the experience for our students.
